Delivery to Our Warehouse (Japan)

The average delivery time from suppliers/manufacturers to our warehouse in Japan:

○ New original spare parts / goods: ~1 week from the date of order

○ New non-original spare parts / goods: ~1–2 weeks from the date of order

○ Used spare parts / goods: ~1 week from the date of order

○ Other items: please contact us for more information 


Packaging & International Shipping

Shipping is included for the contiguous United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require an additional shipping charge, calculated after the item arrives and is weighed. The order ships after the additional shipping charge is paid.

Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we carefully inspect the goods before packaging.

After shipment, your order status will be updated to “Sent from Japan (awaiting shipment processing)”.

Estimated delivery time to the U.S.: ~2 weeks from dispatch.

All U.S. shipments include tracking, so you can monitor your order after it has been shipped.


Returns

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

Go to the “Order Status” page

Click the “Return Items” button (top right corner) for shipped orders

Submit your return request

Our team will review your request and assist you if it meets the return conditions.

Important packaging guidelines:

— Include all original tags, bags, and manuals

— Do not write on or damage the manufacturer’s packaging

— Use a sturdy outer shipping box to protect the item

Once received, we will inspect the item. If it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued.


Return Policy

○ Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.

○ Original packaging, tags, and manuals must be included.

○ OEM and aftermarket parts can be returned within 90 days of receipt.

Special conditions apply to returns from outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). Please contact us by email for assistance.


Refunds

— Refunds are issued to the original payment method

— Shipping fees are non-refundable

— Processing time: 3–5 business days after receiving the return

Damaged Shipments

Shipping carriers are responsible for damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Keep the box and all packaging materials

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery


Defective Products & Warranties

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.

We work with hundreds of manufacturers, most of which provide their own warranties. — Warranty documentation is available upon request.

— We do not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers

— We are not responsible for product use or workmanship

However, as a courtesy, we may accept returns of items that appear defective. These items will be:

Returned to the manufacturer, or

Held for inspection by the manufacturer’s representative

Acceptance of a return does not imply liability or confirmation of a defect.


Closeout & Special Items

Closeout, discontinued, vintage, and special-order items are sold as-is

These items cannot be canceled or returned.


Order Cancellation

We understand that cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

○ If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will attempt to cancel it

○ If the order is already in process, we will provide return instructions
